How to Join a MOMS Club®
The MOMS Club® of North Attleborough, MA welcomes all mothers to join our club. Though started for at-home mothers, moms who work outside the home are also invited to join. Since the majority of our moms are at-home or working part-time, the majority of activities take place during the day when we are home with our children. Prospective members should email the Membership Vice-President via the club email to learn more about the club and receive a complimentary newsletter and membership form.
Prospective members are invited to attend up to two Business Meetings (known in our club as MOMS and Munchkins Meetings). Please keep in mind that for liability reasons, all other club events and activities (including playgroups) are for members only. You can also learn more about the MOMS Club® by visiting the International website at www.momsclub.org.
Our club dues are $30 yearly (and can be waived in case of financial hardship). We are a nonprofit club so all money is used to cover club expense and projects. Examples of club expenses included printing costs, office supplies, yearly dues to the International MOMS Club® organization. In addition, money from the club treasury is at times donated to charitable organizations as approved by majority vote at a club Business Meeting. Club dues are good for one year. Upon your membership anniversary, a renewal notice will appear in the club newsletter.
There are MOMS Clubs® in nearly all the surrounding towns to North Attleborough and new clubs are being added monthly! If you live outside the North Attleborough city limits and are interested in finding a chapter near you, please contact the International organization via email [momsclub@aol.com] or through the mail at: International MOMS Club, 1464 Madera Rd. #N191, Simi Valley, CA 93065. The international headquarters also provides a web page to help you locate a chapter near you. If there is no chapter in your area, you can start your own. The MOMS Club® can provide you all the necessary tools to start your own club.
